About Me

Who am i?

I am Farhan Rahmoon, a Software Developer

I am a soon-to-be Computer Science graduate from Simon Fraser University with a strong academic record (Major GPA: 3.80) and nearly 2 years of industry experience. Since my teenage years, I have been passionate about coding, starting with C++ and expanding my expertise to areas like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Full-Stack Web Development.

Most recently, I worked as a Software Developer at Motorola Solutions, where I architected and launched an internal tools portal used by 500+ employees, integrated secure authentication systems, and automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments. Prior to that, I interned at PayByPhone (a subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services), where I engineered real-time data streaming features and optimized React JS applications, contributing to the processing of over $1.3M in transactions.

So far I have programmed in Python, Java, C#, C++, Assembly Language (x86-64), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Node.js). I am also experienced with SQL as the database language. I am still looking to learn other programming languages and frameworks because I believe that learning is a never-ending journey, the more you learn the better you become.
